How do you follow a 1,000-hp, $1.2 million supercar like the Bugatti Veyron? Bugatti executives have been saying since 2009 that the next model would be the 16C Galibier -- a sedan that would refine the W-16 engine to new summits of luxury for the world's billionaires. Yet the Galibier remains in flux, in part due to the massive engineering required to meet the edict of Bugatti overloads that each new model be more powerful than the last. Maybe that's why despite the automotive beauty on display in this new 4-minute video teaser of the 16C Galibier, we never hear the engine.
