The 2020 Chevy Corvette Z51 is already wildly quick, rocketing to 60 in under three seconds. But we always knew that faster versions were coming, and—thanks to a new report from MuscleCarsAndTrucks—we now hear that the C8 Z06 will use active aerodynamics, carbon fiber wheels, and Michelin Sport Cup 2s to up its performance.

The active aerodynamics, MuscleCarsAndTrucks says, will consist of a moving front splitter, rear wing, and "side flaps." It's unclear whether that means flaps on the side of the bodywork or rapidly flapping canards like those seen on the Pagani Huayra. This equipment, the site points out, will likely be part of the usual "Z07" performance package Chevy offers on the Corvette Z06.
