‘Criminal Minds’ Sneak Peek: Prentiss to Reid: ‘You Were Right’
Things are about as bad as they can possibly get for Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) on Criminal Minds. Not only is he in jail for smuggling medicine to help his ailing mother, Diana (Jane Lynch) — but now his mother’s life is in danger, he can’t do anything about it, and the only people who can help are his co-workers who haven’t done much to clear his name in the past five episodes.
The BAU team is trying to track down Lindsey Vaughn (Gina Mantegna) who has been posing as Diana’s nurse. In this exclusive clip, Prentiss (Paget Brewster) visits Reid in prison and makes what apologies she can, but the mood is more than strained. He offers what help he can, but is it enough? It looks like he’ll be in jail through the season finale next week, which is fine — there’s no way that he won’t be exonerated. But the real question is will they be able to save his mother? And what happens if they can’t?
Criminal Minds airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on CBS.
