A young woman has told of a terrifying acid attack on her 21st birthday that left her hospitalized and her cousin in a coma. Resham Khan said she was in a car traveling through Beckton, East London, on June 21 when the horrific incident occurred. Resham tweeted: “On my actual birthday, my cousin and I went for a drive in the morning, blasting music and chilling like cousins do, hyping it as I WAS 21.” But out of nowhere, she said a man approached the car as they waited at a traffic light and threw a liquid at her through the open window. A CNN reporter has argued with White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer over the West Wing’s decision to bar cameras from broadcasting the daily press briefings. Jim Acosta, the White House correspondent for the cable news network, challenged Mr Spicer after the White House representative admonished the reporter while he was trying to ask a question on healthcare. “There’s no camera on, Jim”, Mr Spicer said .

Four young black men were handcuffed by undercover police Thursday for selling water on the grounds of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Tim Krepp, a tour guide at the mall, told HuffPost he had just finished his shift when he saw the young men being detained by plainclothes park policemen.
Anonymous, the global hacking collective, believes that alien life exists-and it thinks that NASA is about to confirm it. The video centers around recent findings by the American space organization, including the discovery of 219 new planet candidates-10 of which present similar conditions to Earth-by NASA’s Kepler space telescope team in June, as well as comments made by a senior NASA official in a U.S. government hearing.
