Carly Rae Jepsen Just Dyed Her Hair the Cutest Shade of Pink
While staying home during the pandemic, it seemed like every celebrity was coloring their hair pink. Sarah Michelle Gellar dyed her hair to find another creative way to embarrass her kids, Maddie Ziegler opted for a more rose-gold hue, and Ricky Martin went for a hot-pink shade. Although states are slowly opening up, the pink trend is still going strong, and the latest to jump on it is Carly Rae Jepsen.
The singer, who has had almost every hair color in the rainbow, posted to her Instagram to share her new pink hue with her fans in a carousel of images.
Jepsen posed for the camera wearing different outfits, her bob cut colored bright baby pink. She wore her hair in different styles throughout the photos — one with a topknot, another with it half-up, half-down, and others with it left down in beachy waves. The singer captioned the photo, "💗Pink 📸" and tagged her photographer boyfriend, Nick Theodorakis, for the photo credit.
The comment section, of course, went crazy for her new look. "You look amazing Carly!!! Love the pink hair! 💕✨😊," one wrote, while another commented, "You're a real Pink lady now. Congrats!"
Prior to pink, the singer had platinum blonde hair, so this light pink hue really worked on her bleached hair perfectly. Jepsen didn't tag the colorist who dyed her hair, but we are obsessed with this look and can't wait to see what color she pulls off next.
