Naturally, that means he has been doing a bit of press. A snippet of Garfield’s high-pitched laughter from a 2021 Wired interview has become TikTok’s favorite inside joke.

About 5 minutes into an Autocomplete video, Garfield saw that someone searched “Andrew Garfield organ movie.”

“Hehehe,” he laughed, saying. “It sounds like the title of my sex tape or something.”

The clip of the isolated laughter making the rounds on TikTok sounds completely unhinged — so it’s no wonder it’s so popular.

“Who has the most evil laugh?” @karr0995 asked. The video showed clips of Green Goblin, the Joker and then finally, Garfield.

Another version of the meme dubbed Garfield’s dialogue from Spider-Man: No Way Home with the laugh to hilarious effect.

TikToker @xox.random_editz.xox sped up and slowed down the laugh at various speeds and remarked, “Help? Why did he sound like a motorcycle?”
