"Today, cyber-attacks are a full-fledged component of Russia's war against Ukraine,” said NCCC Secretary Nataliia Tkachuk, who also heads the information and cybersecurity department of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

“Thanks to effective coordination and involvement of all cybersecurity actors, we were able not only to oppose the aggressor, but also to become a blueprint for the entire world,” Tkachuk said.

“After all, we understood the possible danger, (and) prepared, and reacted in a coordinated manner to the enemy's cyber-attacks. The primary goal now is to preserve this integrity and continue to approach the process of ensuring cybersecurity in Ukraine systematically.”

Speaking at the Devoxx Ukraine IT conference, Tkachuk described the cyber component of the war, pointing to the achievements of the NCCC and Ukrainian cyber warriors.

She also thanked international partners and volunteers who are fighting at Ukraine's side in the global cyber war.
