Interestingly, the document states her cash assets are only $95,266, and stocks, bonds, and other assets equal $714,775.  Unfortunately, her estimated fair market value minus the debts she owes on her property is in the red -- almost $-4,000,000!  Presley's expenses are huge, including $23,500 for rent each month, and she has over $92,000 in total monthly expenses.

Interestingly, she put $0 for savings and investments and $0 for charitable contributions. The problem is...Lisa Marie also claims to owe $1,000,000 to the IRS.

As for the perks of being a Presley, Lisa Marie has a pretty awesome car, a Maserati -- which costs her $1,708 a month.

We broke the story, Lisa Marie sued her former financial advisor, claiming she lost a massive amount of her father's money with bad investments and other issues.

In the filing, Lockwood is asking for approximately $120,000-$140,000 for attorney's fees and costs.  Lisa Marie's attorney, Gary Fishbein, claims Lockwood and his counsel "have a demonstrated pattern of overlitigation and frustration of settlement that has unnecessarily and repeatedly increased Lisa Marie's legal fees." She is seeking to deny the fee request made by Lockwood and to award sanctions in her favor. With that said, Lisa Marie is seeking $12,805 in fees and $968 in costs in sanctions against her ex for dealing with his request for attorney's fees.
