HERMAN BIAHAM: Neem kills over 350 insects that are harmful to plants. It is totally non-toxic, and totally safe for humans, and for other insects, like bees. They are not at all affected by neem in any-- in any negative manner. But at the same time, this is powerful enough to kill locusts and the most voracious insects.

HAMISI WILLIAMS: There are those pesticides that are approved to be used for decent locust control. They're being approved after having gone through all the necessary tests and analyses. And everybody else agrees that these ones can be used.
