The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation on Thursday unveiled the list that includes Mardner and 42 other FBS pass catchers.

Mardner, a 6-foot-6 senior Hawaii transfer, led the Rainbow Warriors in receiving yards (913) and receiving touchdowns (five) last season. Mardner's 19.9 yards per catch in 2021 ranked second in the Mountain West Conference and ninth in the FBS.
Mardner was a midseason addition to the Biletnikoff Watch List in 2021.
Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back and running back), who catches a pass is eligible for the Biletnikoff Award.
Mardner told The Enquirer in the spring that his only goal this season is to do whatever he can to help the Bearcats keep winning.
"I just want to blend in with what they're doing," he said. "They've been successful, and I want to help them continue to do that. Whatever Coach Fick (Cincinnati head coach Luke Fickell) asks of me, whatever he's trying to get me to do, I'm open to it."
Mardner and the two-time defending American Athletic Conference champion Bearcats open the season Sept. 3 at Southeastern Conference foe Arkansas.
