‘Younger’ Star Hilary Duff Guesses Celebrity Book Titles and Previews Season 3
On TV Land’s Younger, Hilary Duff plays a brilliant, ambitious publishing executive who knows her way around books. But does the actress herself have book smarts — that is, celebrity book smarts?
When Duff stopped by Yahoo TV, we asked her to play our Celebrity Book Title Quiz. “Playing games always makes me slightly nervous,” she said, “but I know the answer to the first one, so hopefully that’s going to set the tone for the rest of the game.”
The first question: What is the title of 30 Rock empress Tina Fey’s tome? Is it Oprah Is My Spirit Animal, Men Do Make Passes at Women Who Wear Glasses, or Bossypants?
Duff really did know the answer, but how did she fare when it came to knowing the titles of books by Amy Poehler, Mindy Kaling, Amy Schumer, Shonda Rhimes, and Khloé Kardashian? Watch the video above.

Below, the star also chatted with us about Season 3 of Younger, which premieres tonight at 10 p.m. Her character, Kelsey, is still dealing with the death of her fiancé, Thad. Except she’s not feeling upset, which brings on the guilt.
“She’s throwing herself into work. she has a lot of responsibility coming up with her imprint,” Duff said. “And she has some bad dates, and then she goes on a little bit of a boy bender. So, it’s a very fun season for Kelsey.”
