Whitney Port is calling it like she sees it.
The former Hills alum is holding nothing back in her new video blog, I Love My Baby, But I Hate My Pregnancy.
"I am very candid and honest about the fact that the pregnancy, both physically and emotionally, has not been an easy process for me," she told Today on Friday. "Dealing with the extra hormones and being very sensitive to everything and feeling outside pressures. And physically, with my changing body, not having control over that... morning sickness, exhaustion, aversion to food, broken blood vessels, bloody noses. All of these things that are not very fun."
Port said that her mother is not a fan of the vlog's bold title ("It upset her," the reality star admitted), but explained on camera that she is "just trying to share my journey" with other pregnant women who might be experiencing similar feelings.
"[I always thought] pregnancy was this exciting, beautiful, wonderful, magical thing, until I experienced my own, and it wasn't all of that," Port told Today. "I was feeling all these negative feelings. I thought, 'What's wrong with me?' Why aren't I more excited? Why aren't I owning this?'"
Port said that she wasn't exactly prepared for pregnancy. While she and her husband, Tim Rosenman, welcomed the news, it was also unplanned. Plus, Port said, "I haven't really had a lot of pregnant women in my life or pregnant friends, so I didn't know what I was in for at all."
While the 32-year-old said that she feels "gross" these days, she looked absolutely flawless while announcing the pregnancy with a sweet, belly-baring photo in February.
Meanwhile, Port's former Hills co-stars, Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, are also each expecting their first children this year. Audrina Patridge welcomed her first in 2016.
"I think it's so awesome," Port said. "We're all kind of around the same age and at similar points in our lives, so I think it's to be expected. And it's really exciting."
