Donald Trump wasn’t always such a big fan of “locker room talk.”
Back in 2010, Trump fired “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant and former WWE wrestler Maria Kanellis for comments she made about another contestant. Kanellis was upset with Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone for leaving a … smelly deposit in a dressing room.
When Kanellis called Stone out on it in the boardroom, Trump said, “That’s a little below the belt, Maria, don’t you think? That’s a tough one.” Before removing her from the show, he went on to say, “This is my boardroom. It’s not a locker room.”
The clip, which was shared with the world by “The Daily Show,” comes on the heels of the surfacing of a 2005 recording of Trump in which he bragged about groping a woman freely thanks to his celebrity status.
“I don’t even wait,” Trump says on the tape. “And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ‘em by the p—y.” Trump issued a pseudo-apology for the comments, eventually brushing them off as simply “locker room talk.”
