Watch Elizabeth Banks Make Out With Miss Piggy at 'Big in 2015' Party
Miss Piggy and Elizabeth Banks haven’t always gotten along (at least according to an episode of ABC’s The Muppets earlier this fall), but the hatchet has apparently been buried.
Miss Piggy presented Banks with her award at the VH1 Big In 2015 with Entertainment Weekly taping earlier this month. (The “party” airs Dec. 7.) Above is an exclusive sneak peek of Banks’s acceptance speech in which she thanks her “OG.”
“Piggy is an icon. She is a bad bitch boss who has inspired so many women, like me. Thank you, Piggy,” the Pitch Perfect 2 director and Hunger Games star said. “I would like to make out with you now.”
Other honorees include Amy Schumer, Empire’s Taraji P. Henson, Aziz Ansari, Nicki Minaj, and the breakout cast of Straight Outta Compton (O’Shea Jackson, Jr., Corey Hawkins, and Jason Mitchell). All honorees will be featured in EW’s Entertainers of the Year issue, which hits newsstands today.
