A lot went down in iZombie Season 2, what with Liv and Major taking down Max Rager, Clive finally clueing into the whole undead thing, and Blaine suffering total memory loss after reverting to humanhood.
Luckily, the Season 2 DVD comes out on July 12, so we can soak it all in our brains again. One of the biggest arcs of the season was Liv and Major’s relationship: The two got back together in the beginning, even though she was a zombie and he was a human. And they tried to make it work, but Major’s secret mission of “killing” zombies for Max Rager (but actually freezing them) eventually came between them.

In this deleted scene from episode 7, “Abra Cadaver” (available on the DVD), they’re still trying to be together — even if they can’t be together, if you know what we mean. Major is having a hard time getting used to Liv’s mood swings whenever she eats a new brain, like the magician one she consumes in this episode.
“Remember we were going to be honest with each other,” she says.
“I’m being totally honest with you,” Major replies. Except he’s not. Because he’s taking out zombies for Max Rager.
And when Liv wants to fool around a little? Well, with all the secrets and lies in bed with them, the two end up awkwardly cuddling.
