There are some laughs, of course: Retta leads a lunchtime dance party in the makeup trailer, Jim O’Heir gets dressed as the coffee pot (“This is fitting, yeah this is how this should end”), and Rob Lowe uses one last “literally.” But the overall mood is best expressed by Adam Scott: “I feel like it’s not particularly emotional yet, but everyone’s on the brink. It feels like an international incident is about to go down.”

It’ll likely happen for you when executive producer Michael Schur announces series wraps for the actors individually. (If you find yourself applauding along with the cast and crew, know you’re not the only one.)
