‘Walking Dead’ Star Embarrasses Fan, Then Himself, on ‘Hollywood Game Night’

Walking Dead star Josh McDermitt joined some of his cast members for the Season 5 premiere of Hollywood Game Night. Host Jane Lynch mentioned that the fans of the franchise are almost as rabid as the zombies they love watching.

Lynch asked McDermitt about one particular fan who got a tattoo of Eugene, the character whom the actor plays on the show. Although McDermitt was flattered by the tattoo of his likeness, he was also disappointed, saying, “I look ugly.” He went on to elaborate: “I’m sorry if you’re watching this and it’s your tattoo, but you have a couple zits on your arm, and it just makes my complexion look bad.”

While McDermitt’s words were probably embarrassing for the fan, the actor was quick to embarrass himself as well. McDermitt shared a story from his youth: “While playing football, a guy hit me so hard, pooped my pants right there. So they carried me off the field, and I got a standing ovation for pooping my pants.”

Hollywood Game Night airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
