Justin Bieber Gets New Tattoo Sleeve

The singer has added a new sleeve to his collection of tattoos, just a few weeks after having his mother's eye added to the collection. Already sporting numerous tattoos on his left arm, Bieber chose to have the sleeve completed in New York City while on tour.
