'Twin Peaks' Cast, Old and New, Talk Up 'Freshness' of Showtime Revival

Cast members familiar and new then preview the revisiting to come, as well as reflect on the impact Twin Peaks originally made on the TV landscape some 25 years ago.

Other Twin Peaks alumni on board for the revival include Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey), Madchen Amick (Shelly), Sheryl Lee (Laura/Maddy), Dana Ashbrook (Bobby), James Marshall (James), David Duchovny (Agent Dennis), Miguel Ferrer (Agent Rosenfield), Grace Zabriskie (Sarah), Peggy Lipton (Norma), Ray Wise (Leland), Wendy Robie (Nadine), Russ Tamblyn (Lawrence) and the late Catherine E. Coulson (the Log Lady). New additions include Jim Belushi, Robert Knepper, Ashley Judd, Michael Cera, Trent Reznor, Jessica Szohr, Jane Levy and Richard Chamberlain.

Picking up 25 years after the original series left off, the new Twin Peaks episodes will premiere “sometime in 2017.”
