#RIP: A Look Back at the TV Characters We Lost in 2015

Looking back on the year in TV, it could’ve been a lot worse. (Before we go any further: Major spoilers in this post and the above video.) We saw an unprecedented number of TV death fake-outs, where characters appeared to die and then later showed up alive. (Hi, Glenn!) Still, it’s been a rough year for TV fans nonetheless: We had to say goodbye to beloved characters on The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Grey’s Anatomy, Orphan Black, and a dozen other favorite shows. And unlike Glenn, they stayed dead.

In the video above, we pay tribute to the characters whose deaths hit us the hardest, from all across the TV dial. It’s one last chance to pay our respects to our fallen friends — and hope for a slightly less bloody 2016. (Oh, who are we kidding? We love a shocking character death as much as anyone.)
