‘The Bachelor’: Nick Explains His Fashion Choices
This season on The Bachelor, Nick Viall has made some controversial decisions about the “ladies” (sending Kristina home instead of Corinne?), but his most questionable choices have been related to fashion. And the reality TV veteran — whom we first met on Andi Dorfman’s season of The Bachelorette in 2014 — admits that sometimes his sartorial risks did not pay off. “I have learned that you have to be careful on TV,” he tells Yahoo TV. “You need to not wear too much of one thing, like scarves or bracelets, like I did on Andi and Kaitlyn’s seasons.”

Viall also jokes that this season on The Bachelor his swim trunks “get shorter and shorter with each date,” but that — and the teasing he’s received over his penchant for tank tops and tight pants — is not going to keep him from indulging his interest in high fashion. “I like pushing the envelope,” he says. “Sometimes I make mistakes in that world, too.”
