‘The Arrangement’ First Look: A-Lister Kyle West Finds His Co-Star

Megan Morrison may just have given the best Hollywood audition ever.

In the preview clip above from E!’s new Hollywood drama The Arrangement, not only does Megan (The Walking Dead’s Christine Evangelista) impress her superstar scene partner, Kyle West (Dallas star Josh Henderson), so much that he runs after her to thank her for the performance, but the exchange ends with a surprise date between Megan and Kyle.

That’s certainly not the biggest surprise ahead for Megan, though, as she soon finds herself on the receiving end of a $10 million proposal to marry Kyle. Both have pasts they’d like to keep undercover, and the titular pact is pitched as a deal that will prove beneficial to both as a career and personal move.

But they’re not the only ones actually in the marriage: Kyle’s best friend and business and personal advisor Terence (Michael Vartan) is also the head of The Institute of the Higher Mind, the powerful self-help organization which Kyle credits for helping him achieve Hollywood success. Will Megan ultimately say “I do” to the contract and marriage, or will Terence find her independence and growing influence over Kyle too threatening to his own big plans for Hollywood domination?

PS — Yes, if the Megan/Kyle scenario, and Terence and the “Institute” are sounding an awful lot like one infamous Hollywood relationship you’ve read about for years, you are not the only one thinking what you’re thinking. And everyone involved in the show denies that it has anything to do with the aforementioned relationship.

The Arrangement premieres March 5 at 10 p.m. on E!
