Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been charged with alleged heroin and drug paraphernalia possession, and simple assault against her husband, Courtland Rogers, TMZ reports.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, authorities in North Carolina said they discovered heroin and the prescription painkiller Percocet in Evans' possession when they arrived at her home following an alleged domestic dispute with Rogers.
