Sheryl Underwood opens up about being raped and feeling like she was going to be killed before her survival skills kicked in. Underwood recalls the scary situation, "I remember having a 'this is it' moment when I was raped and I just kept thinking, 'This ain't it. I'm not going to die today. I refused to die today.' The only thing I thought was, 'what do I do to survive?' And I start talking to the guy and I said, 'Don't do this this way. What ever you're gonna do, finish what you're doing. Don't kill me and don't take my ID, they'll find you' and I was just negotiating with the guy. I really want women to understand, don't ever let anyone take your power away from you."
