Supergirl’s Musical Crossover Hits a High Note on ‘The Flash’
It was crossover night on the CW as Kara, aka Supergirl, flew on over to The Flash. The two superheroes found themselves trapped in a musical by a mysterious person called the Music Meister.
The Music Meister has the same powers as a God and locked Kara and Barry inside their own heads, where they shared a common conscience that was set in a musical. Kara and Barry had to complete the musical’s script in order to be set free.
In the musical they had to help their respective love interests, Iris and Mon El. All the while the episode was made up of songs sung by characters from various DC Comic shows, like Arrow and DC Legends of Tomorrow.
Despite some harrowing moments, the duo managed to free their loved ones and escape the Music Meister’s spell. And to add to the happy ending, Barry asked Iris to marry him (again), and she said yes (again).
The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on CW.
