Stephen Colbert Gossips About Political Leaders

Stephen Colbert stopped by Watch What Happens: Live to drink booze and to play a game called “Heads of State,” in which Andy Cohen asked questions, and Colbert had to select the politician to whom it best applied.

With Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Bernie Sanders, and Hillary Clinton as options, it turns out that Biden was the nicest to Colbert’s staff, going so far as to call the talk show host’s in-laws, leaving a message saying how beautiful their daughter is. Unsurprisingly, Colbert thought Trump did the best job at avoiding the hard-hitting questions, saying he “sat there like a bad school boy being lectured.” Colbert joked that Obama had the most demands with wanting the building to be secured. Hillary Clinton is who he’d trust most with a secret, and Bill Clinton, he guessed, was probably the meanest to his staff. Colbert did not hesitate when naming his political bestie: Sanders.
