Stand-Out Contestants From ‘American Ninja Warrior’ Premiere

On Wednesday’s season premiere of American Ninja Warrior, a new course and new contestants were unveiled.

Kevin Bull, one of last season’s finalists, came for another shot at winning. Before competing, he shared his work, inspiring children with alopecia. He sped through the course and set the fastest time of the night.

Jessie Graff returned this season to amaze with her strength — and this time she wore a Wonder Woman costume.

One of the highlights of the show was Chad Sorrells, a long-locked horse trainer who claimed that he has the looks of a boy-band member. Sadly he didn’t have the skills of a ninja warrior, as he lasted less than five seconds on the course.

A new contender was revealed as the “Papal Ninja.” Sean Bryan, who was training to become a priest, decided to leave that path. However, he never left the house he shares with the priests and even built a gym in the basement. He finished the course and moved on in the competition.

American Ninja Warrior airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. on NBC.
