At a ceremony where most attendees go all out in floor-length haute couture, Project Runway host Heidi Klum dared to bare her legs in a custom Christian Siriano frock with an asymmetrical hem. What's her secret to an uber-toned lower body? According to her trainer (and Klum's Twitter!), the supermodel swears by walking lunges.
Heidi's Training Plan: Her trainer David Kirsch told SELF she's been running four miles at a time in the summer to reach her goal of running daily. She says, "I don't love running, but I do like to see everything getting tighter and toned."
