"GG and Omid have mutually decided to call off their engagement," a rep for GG told Access on Wednesday. "They remain close friends."

The pair, who met a few years back after Omid moved to LA from Texas, had been starting to heat up on the Bravo reality show, and during a December 9 appearance on "Watch What Happens Live," GG revealed she and Omid were engaged.

"Omid and I definitely decided to take it to another level," the fiery beauty told show host Andy Cohen at the time. "We're going to take it slowly a little bit."

However, during an interview with Wetpaint over the weekend, GG hinted that their marriage plans had come to a standstill.

"[There are] no wedding plans right now. I'm seeing what happens," she told the website. "We're actually in a rocky place... We both jumped the gun a bit, so we're trying to slow things down.

Adding, "We're not going to split, but we are trying to figure out where to go from here."

As for how her fellow "Shahs" co-stars are taking the news of her failed engagement, GG said only one has stuck by her side.

"[MJ] is [supportive]. The rest [of my castmates]aren't," she said. "A lot of the other co-stars thought the engagement was a publicity stunt. They made a lot of nasty comments, saying things like, 'Oh she's pregnant, she has to do it,' or 'Oh, she's just doing it for attention.' I really don't give two sh**s about them right now."

Watch the drama unfold on "Shahs of Sunset" -- Sundays at 9 PM ET/PT on Bravo.
