WME Signs Writer-Producer I. Marlene King
EXCLUSIVE: I. Marlene King, creator/executive producer of ABC Family‘s hit drama series Pretty Little Liars, has signed with WME. She was with Gersh. In addition to her duties as executive producer/co-showrunner on Pretty Little Liars, King also co-wrote and is executive producing the upcoming 10-episode spinoff series Ravenswood, which will launch out of the Pretty Little Liars Halloween special. Pretty Little Liars is ABC Family’s most-watched original series. It recently amassed over 1 million total airtime tweets with its third-season finale, the most in scripted TV history. Season 4 premieres on June 11. King continues to be repped by Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Krintzman Rubenstein Kohner & Gellman.
