‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Lead John Boyega Signs With WME
EXCLUSIVE: WME just signed John Boyega, the young British actor who goes from who’s-he to who’s-who at warp-speed rate when Star Wars: The Force Awakens is released by Disney on December 18. Boyega plays the male lead role of Finn in the JJ Abrams-directed film. Before that, his biggest credit was starring as the cocky young alien fighter in Attack The Block, the gem of an indie that was directed by Joe Cornish.
Boyega had been with CAA. He remains repped by his UK agent Femi Oguns and attorney Craig Jacobson.
