Watch: Team ‘Arrow’ Falls Apart Following Oliver’s Betrayal

With one week until “Arrow” airs its season-three finale, the remnants of the team are still trying to come to terms with the decision by Oliver (Stephen Amell) to assume the mantle of Ra’s al Ghul and take control of the League of Assassins.

In the last episode, “Al Sah-Him,” Oliver crossed a line his allies never believed he would cross, kidnapping Diggle’s (David Ramsey) wife Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson) to force the team to surrender Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law) to the League. In Variety’s exclusive sneak preview from the May 6 episode, “This Is Your Sword,” Diggle, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) struggle to reconcile Oliver’s actions with the memory of the man they thought they knew.

Elsewhere in the hour, Oliver finishes his training and is left with two final tasks to become the next Ra’s al Ghul. Ra’s (Matt Nable) threatens Nyssa and delivers some shocking news. Meanwhile, Malcolm (John Barrowman) makes a surprising offer to Team Arrow and Thea (Willa Holland) goes to see Roy (Colton Haynes).

“Arrow” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
