The Voice kicks off its Season 5 Battle Rounds on Monday (8/7c on NBC), and from the looks of the following exclusive preview video, there’ll be misty eyes, blatant larceny and some legenday sarcasm.
Yes, indeed, not one but two coaches wind up getting emotional over the cutthroat nature of the Battles — in which two singers enter the ring for a duet, but only one survives — and Blake gleefully hits his “Steal” button in a situation where he thinks Adam made the wrong call.
