Showtime is getting into business with the man behind Arrested Development‘s own anus tart.

David Cross is in the early stages of developing a comedy with the cabler, Deadline reports. According to the actor/writer, who’ll pen and exec-produce the project, the untitled series centers on “a modestly successful travel writer” — with a double life —  ”who struggles to keep his families happy and satisfied. Oh, and also from finding out about each other’s existence.”

Cross is not currently slated to star in his creation, but should Showtime move forward with the prospective series, he may join in a supporting role.
