NBC’s Best Friends Forever may be gone, well… forever, but its male lead Luka Jones has found a new group of pals over on Up All Night.

Per, the actor — whose résumé essentially consists of the aforementioned axed series and an episode of How I Met Your Mother — is joining Season 2 of the heartwarming comedy as a series regular.

Jones will play the über-laid back Scott, the younger brother of Christina Applegate’s Reagan who, after going through a divorce, comes to town with his unruly 5-year-old son.

Up All Night‘s second season debuts Thursday, Sept. 20.

• Pretty Little Liars dad Nolan North and Farscape vet Claudia Black will guest-star in the upcoming third season of Haven. North will appear in Episode 11 as a man who awakes with memory loss and discovers that everyone in town has fallen into a deep sleep. Black, meanwhile, drops by a two-part episode titled “Magic Hour” as a murderous woman. Season 3 of the Syfy series launches Sept. 21 at 10/9c.

Jamie Chung (The Hangover II) has been charged with bringing legendary Chinese warrior Mulan to Once Upon a Time in Season 2. Per, the character — who will recur this season — is described as having a “spirituality that enhances her tactical and strategic abilities.”

Ousted Real Housewife Jill Zarin took to her blog Thursday to announce her new position as a special correspondent on ABC’s Good Afternoon America, which premieres July 9.
