Liza Minnelli will reprise her role as Buster Bluth’s gal pal in Netflix’s upcoming Arrested Development revival, TV Guide Magazine has confirmed.

The Queen of Broadway will appear with the long-cancelled comedy’s original cast — as well as Henry Winkler and newbie John Slattery – in the show’s Season 4, which bows in spring 2013 with the release of all 10 (or maybe more!) new episodes at once.

• NBC has landed Vanishing Point, a pilot starring Angela Basset, Deadline reports. From Source Code scribe Ben Ripley, the character-driven project is described as a legal franchise revolving around two women — one of whom is played by Basset.

• Shonda Rhimes is developing a new drama series for NBC. Per The Hollywood Reporter, the project, titled Under the Gun, centers on a female FBI agent struggling to come to terms with a terrible event in her past.

• Fox has given a put pilot commitment to Anonymous, a CIA drama from Jason Katims (Parenthood) and Simon Kinberg (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter), per Deadline.

• MTV has renewed its viral video-centric reality show Ridiculousness for a 20-episode third season.
