With most of the broadcast networks airing repeats on Thursday night after the conclusion of the February sweep, American Idol was one of the lone original broadcasts. The two-hour Vegas eliminations episode pulled a 3.8 rating with adults 18-49 and 12.5 million viewers in Fast National returns. And though the broadcast was a tenth of a point shy of last Thursday's demo rating, adults 18-49 usage was down seven percent between 8 and 10 p.m. and six percent for all of primetime.

CBS encores averaged a 2.0 rating with adults 18-49 and 8.9 million viewers -- thanks in no small part to The Big Bang Theory (2.8 adults), which remains robust even in repeats.

The lack of wall-to-wall original competition during the 8 p.m. hour did not help ABC freshman Zero Hour. Three weeks in, the show was down another another tenth of a point to a 1.0 adults rating. A Scandal repeat and special broadcast of Jimmy Kimmel Live's Oscar special did no better, giving the network an average 0.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.7 million viewers.

Community also saw no improvement against encores. The series posted an even 1.1 adults rating before encores of Parks and Recreation and The Office. 1600 Penn (0.9 adults), also airing an original, was down a tenth of a point to a new low. A Law & Order: SVU repeat finished the night, giving NBC an average 0.9 adults rating and 2.8 million viewers.

Repeats brought the CW a 0.3 adults rating and 966,000 viewers.

Univision averaged a 1.6 rating with adults 18-49 and 3.9 million viewers.
