‘Rosewood’s’ Temple Hill Signs Overall with 20th Century Fox TV
Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey have moved their shingle Temple Hill from ABC Studios to 20th Century Fox Television Studios, where they have signed a two-year overall deal.
The deal allows the producers, whose TV credits include the upcoming Fox drama “Rosewood” and the recently departed ABC drama “Revenge,” to develop new projects for the studio.
“Marty and Wyck are incredibly talented producers, with a history of identifying great storytelling and talent. We’re thrilled to bring their passion for undeniable television to the studio. Their laser focus and ability to break through the clutter in such a crowded marketplace makes this a perfect partnership,” said Jonnie Davis, TCFTV’s president of creative affairs.
The news comes during a period of growth for Temple Hill, which last winter hired Xbox Entertainment Studios’ Albert Page to head its TV division.
“Wyck and I are excited to expand our television business with Dana, Gary, Jonnie and everyone at Fox,” said Bowen. “With the addition of Albert to our team, we are confident that we can take our TV business to the next level.”
Temple Hill, alongside Sonar Entertainment, is also producing “Mr. Mercedes.” That series based on the Stephen King novel with David E. Kelley writing and Jack Bender directing. On the film side, it is known for producing teen-focused fare like the “Twilight” franchise and “The Fault in Our Stars.”
Temple Hill is represented by UTA and attorney Ken Richman.
