Robert Pattinson Cancels Post-Scandal Appearance
It appears Robert Pattinson may not be facing the media anytime soon.

The reclusive star, who has lain low since girlfriend Kristen Stewart's affair went public, will not be attending an upcoming U.S. press appearance to promote his film Cosmopolis. There has been no word on whether or not Pattinson will appear at the film's first U.S. premiere scheduled to take place in New York City.
As of yet, efforts to reach out to Pattinson's rep have not been returned.

News broke of Stewart's fling with her married Snow White and The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders on July 25, as incriminating photos hit the web. The Twilight saga star later issued a public apology to fans, family and Robert for her highly publicized "momentary indiscretion."
In the week since, the couple has reportedly vacated the Los Angeles home they once shared, with sources saying Robert and Kristen are no longer on speaking terms.
