RATINGS RAT RACE: ‘MasterChef’ Premiere Rises, ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ Premiere Dips, ‘Talent’ & ‘Bachelorette’ Up

It was all Gordon Ramsay all night on Fox last night. At 8 PM was the Season 10 return of Hell’s Kitchen (2.4/7). The show slipped a bit, down 4% from last year’s premiere. MasterChef (2.3/6) was back for its third season at 9 PM. This year’s search for America’s best amateur chefs was up 28% from last year’s season opener. Both shows will be back tonight. Fox won the night among adults 18-49, NBC won in viewers with 7.2 million.

At 8 PM, America’s Got Talent (3.2/10) was up 14% from last week’s Memorial Day show. The NBC competition series was the most-watched show of the night, bringing in 12.056 million viewers. ABC’s The Bachelorette (2.1/6) was also up; The two-hour airing of the dating show rose 11% from last week. At 9 PM, NBC’s American Ninja Warrior (2.2/6) punch up 5% from last week’s broadcast. ABC ran a repeat of Castle (0.9/3) at 10 PM. NBC ran a Grimm (1.0/3) repeat.

CBS ran repeats of How I Met Your Mother (1.3/4), 2 Broke Girls (1.3/4), Two And A Half Men (1.5/4), Mike & Molly (1.3/3) and Hawaii Five-O (1.2/3).
