RATINGS RAT RACE: ‘Duets’ Flat, ‘Take Me Out’ & ‘The Choice’ Up, ‘Saving Hope’ Falls To New Low

With “Unforgettable” as one of the classics performed, ABC’s Duets (1.0/3) went for the standards last night. That still left the singing series flat with last week and tied for a series low. Down 15% from last week, Wipeout (1.7/5) followed at 9 PM with a salute to the military. Rookie Blue (1.3/4) finished off the night up 18% from last week. Fox had a lot of love, or at least the search for it. There was Take Me Out (1.3/4), which was up 30% from last week to hit a series high. Then there was The Choice (1.6/5), which was up 33% from its last show last week.

NBC was half repeats and half new episodes. There were encores of The Office (0.6/2) and Parks and Recreation (0.6/2) The new Saving Hope (0.4/1) fell 43% from last week to its lowest rated broadcast yet. NBC ended its primetime Thursday with Rock Center With Brian Williams (0.9/3)., which was up 13% from last week.

CBS was all repeats Thursday night but that didn’t stop it from wining the night in both adult 18-49 and in total viewers overall with 7.76 million viewers. The network started off with a double shot of The Big Bang Theory at 8 PM (2.1/8) and 8:30 PM (2.4/8). That second BBT pulled in the most total viewers overall on Thursday with 8.86 million viewers, just a bit behind the first BBT of the night which pulled in 8.127 million. Person of Interest (1.5/5) at 9 PM and The Mentalist (1.2/4 ) at 10 PM.
