Ratings: 'Pretty Little Liars' Grows With Season Premiere; 'Twisted' Off to Good Start
"Pretty Little Liars" pulled some pretty nifty ratings for ABC Family on Tuesday night.
The Season 4 premiere posted double-digit gains over last summer's premiere in the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic.
The show's 8 p.m. premiere drew 1.62 million viewers in the demo, up 15 percent on the Season 3 bow. It nabbed 2.97 million total viewers.
Meanwhile, the series launch of "Twisted" was ABC Family's most-watched drama premiere since the June 2011 bow of "The Nine Lives of Chloe King," drawing 1.61 million total viewers.
In the 18-49 demo, "Twisted" -- which previewed its pilot episode out of the spring finale of "Pretty Little Liars" -- drew 662,000 viewers.
