NBC's Monday night reign has come to an end.
CBS finally dethroned the Peacock for the first time since The Voice returned in February. Boosted by its comedy slate, CBS averaged a 3.1 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic to NBC's 2.9.
How I Met Your Mother (7.89 million viewers, 3.2), 2 Broke Girls (9.14 million, 3.5) and Mike & Molly (10.23 million, 3.2) all inched up in the demo. Two and a Half Men (11.25 million, 3.7) was down a tenth, but it was still the night's highest-rated show. Hawaii Five-0 (10.7 million, 2.5) was also down slightly.

The Voice (9.4 million, 3.5) Smash (5.4 million, 1.8), on the other hand, both fell to series lows.
ABC took the night in viewership, thanks to Dancing with the Stars (15.8 million, 2.7), but the show plunged 16 percent to a new low in the demo for a performance show. Castle's penultimate episode of the season, however, surged 14 percent from its last new episode two weeks ago, drawing 11.38 million and a 2.4.
On Fox, Bones (7.01 million, 1.9) and House (6.57 million, 2.1) both slipped in the demo.
