Ratings: Big Bang, The Office and Parks and Rec Finales Dip

The Big Bang Theory closed out its fifth season as Thursday's top-rated show.

The comedy drew 13.3 million viewers and a 4.2 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic. It was down 11 percent from last week, but still trumped American Idol 's rating, a 3.9.

Idol was the most-watched show of the night, with 15 million viewers. Lead-out Touch, which was just renewed, was flat with 6.9 million viewers and a 2.0.

On NBC, Community (3.1 million, 1.4) was even, 30 Rock (2.9 million, 1.5) rose, but The Office (4.4 million, 2.2) and Parks and Recreation (3.4 million, 1.7) were down with their finales. This marks The Office's lowest-rated finale ever. Awake (2.5 million. 0.9) was up two-tenths from its series low.

ABC's Grey's Anatomy (9.5 million, 3.4) and Scandal (6.4 million, 2.0) were up, while Missing (6.3 million, 1.1) hit a series low.

The season finales of The Vampire Diaries (2.4 million, 1.1) and The Secret Circle (1.2 million, 0.5) were also down slightly.
