Rachel Hunter Docuseries to Air on Ovation
Ovation TV has acquired U.S. premiere rights to docuseries “Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty” from Zodiak Rights, the companies announced Tuesday.
Imagination Television will produce the 30-minute series. Its 13 episodes will follow the New Zealand supermodel as she showcases how different cultures embrace, celebrate and define beauty. Destinations include places in France, Korea, Greece, Dubai, Australia, China, India, Morocco, Fiji, Japan, Brazil, Mexico and the U.S.
“This series is a tour de force that brings together the best elements of cultural tourism with an insightful investigation of the standards of beauty and the quest to achieve a complete sense of well-being”,” said Lori Hall, Ovation’s VP of program planning, scheduling and acquisitions. “Rachel’s approachable style and inquisitiveness make her the perfect host to bring viewers along for an educational and entertaining journey.”
“Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty” premieres in January 2016 on Ovation TV.
