Set in present-day Pittsburgh, Hatfields & McCoys finds the two rival families competing once again when a startling death re-ignites the two clans’ legendary battle. The blue collar McCoys will put the Hatfields’ wealth and power at risk as they go to war for control of the city.

Bush — who starred on CBS’ Partners this season — will play doc Emma McCoy, the shining star of the family and and the oldest McCoy sibling.

De Mornay — whose TV credits include John from Cincinnati, The Practice, Boomtown and ER — is the head of the Hatfield clan opposite Virginia Madsen’s (Sideways, Scoundrels) matriarch, Eloise McCoy.

The cast also features Jesse Lee Soffer (The Mob Doctor), Patrick Flueger (The 4400) and Nick Westrate.

John Glenn (Eagle Eye), who penned the script, Charlize Theron, AJ Dix, Dawn Olmstead and Beau Flynn are exec-producing.
