Who Should Be the Next Doctor Who?

Matt Smith hasn't left Doctor Who just yet, but that hasn't stopped fans from dream-casting the next Doctor.
While many have shortlisted Benedict Cumberbatch, Daniel Radcliffe and even Helen Mirren, they are, unfortunately, unlikely catches for a low-budget series that prefers smaller names.
11 shows you're breaking up with next season
The reported top choice for Twelve is Skyfall's Rory Kinnear, though the actor has allegedly never seen the show. Kinnear's Bond co-star Ben Whishaw is also a favorite pick, along with Russell Tovey (Being Human) and Harry Lloyd (Game of Thrones). While Harry Potter's top-billed cast is highly unlikely, either Oliver or James Phelps would be absolutely charming in the role. Other options might be David Walliams (Little Britain) or Laurence Fox (Inspector Lewis), who just happens to be married to former Doctor Who star Billie Piper.
If the series decides to break with tradition and cast a non-white Doctor, David Harewood (Homeland), Chiwetel Ejiofor (Children of Men) and Patterson Joseph (Peep Show) would be all be perfect Time Lords. On the chance that Steven Moffat decides to cast the first Time Lady, Romola Garai (The Hour), Gina Bellman (Leverage), Zawe Ashton (Case Histories) and Sheridan Smith (Gavin & Staecy) could navigate the Tardis with ease.
Tell us who you think would be the perfect Twelfth Doctor and why.
