NBC Sets Premiere Dates for Anne Heche Comedy, Bear Grylls Series, Others

NBC released its schedule of summer debut dates Monday, revealing when the Anne Heche comedy "Save Me" and the adventure competition series "Get Out Alive With Bear Grylls" will hit America's living rooms with megawatt force.

"Get Out Alive With Bear Grylls," which will feature "Man vs. Wild" alum Grylls leading 10 teams of two through the unforgiving landscape of New Zealand's South Island," will premiere Monday, July 8 at 9 p.m.

"Save Me," which stars Heche as a Midwestern mother and wife who undergoes a spiritual awakening after having a near-death experience, will premiere with back-to-back episodes on Thursday, May 23, starting at 8 p.m.
