NBC dropped the axe Friday on four freshman series Are You There, Chelsea?, Awake, Bent and Best Friends Forever.

From E! personality Chelsea Handler, the comedy Chelsea debuted to 6.18 million viewers, but dropped to 3 million viewers by its finale.

Awake, from Lone Star's Kyle Killen, drew just 6.24 million viewers in its series premiere, but dropped down to 2.5 million viewers on Thursday.

The cancellations of Bent and Best Friends Forever come as no surprise. NBC burned off the former's six episodes quickly, drawing less than 2 million for its final episode. The latter was yanked off the air after just four episodes, bowing to 4 million viewers in April.
