‘Modern Family’ Syndication Debut Rating Is Tops in 10 Years Among Women 18-49

“Modern Family” recently debuted at No. 1 among women 18-49 for all syndication premieres over the last 10 years.

The Sept. 23 syndication premiere was the No. 2 premiere among the advertiser-coveted adults 18-49 demographic across the same time period.

During that time period, there have been over 100 syndication premieres, according to Nielsen.

The syndication premiere of the ABC comedy earned a 2.9 rating in the women 18-49 category, besting 2011′s “The Big Bang Theory” premiere, which earned a 2.7.

Other mentionable trailing premieres in the demo include 2007′s “Family Guy” syndication debut, which earned a 2.6, and “Two and a Half Men,” which received a 2.3 on the same day.
